GVT, I don't find the two books in contradiction at all. Moore defines how Gorillas fall and his definition is in harmony with Christensen's scenarios, but I won't get into that on this thread. <g>

The tall trees paradigm is interesting, but it is not a forest fire that brings them down. Fires are indiscriminate. The trees that we see falling are falling for very specific reasons. It is more like the evolution of a forest, but I won't get into that either <g>.
