Be very careful selling naked options as risk is unlimited vs buying options which is limited to the purchase. There is a person on SI running around recomending selling puts on high flyers. He was making a ton while the market it was going up. Almost got wiped out pretty bad in one month. His alias is DepyDog I beleive.

Alfred ~ You'd sleep better after you sold those puts IF you'd buy a downstrike *put* instead of the cheap call. Then you could limit your exposure to disaster. At least buy it *in addition to* the call.

Spend a little more for an insurance policy. Trade, don't just gamble...
