Well, it looks like there was something to be concerned about. Totally minor in a bullish market, but in a skittish market a cause for compression. Nortel business will be weaker than expected in the quarter, but more than offset by strength elsewhere. It is just a transition issue and Nortel business will re-accelerate when the next generation equipment starts ramping.

However, the reason we've had some hesitation about amcc relative to our holdings elsewhere was the Nortel concentration. To us, this is good news, but longer term.

why not ?... 43 % projected growth and only 5 PEG based on target.... Damn cheap :)
