Sometimes the intent is obvious, sometimes not. I've not seen Rosie. So I can't help you there. I think intent Is part of the equation for the Supremes. I trust the Supreme Court to know obscenity when they see it. If naked children are posed in pedophile magazines the intent is clear. When it really is art, and presented as art- it is a much harder case to make. The human body is beautiful. Even the inside of the human body is beautiful- I love dissecting things- and have always thought structures are beautiful. I think all parts of the body are really lovely- and I really don't feel any perverse sensations looking at pictures of ANYONE naked, or looking at ANY parts of the body artfully photographed.

But that's me. I am not very libidinous, and I am very tolerant.
