<The only one I can think of in my lifetime is the Tootsie Roll> Actually, much of the food chain in this country IMO. Although it's starting to come back with some wholefood companies and local produce coming back into vogue. I've always read about 'economic growth' in awe of the concept that the number crunchers claimed to be measuring... you cut down the tree in your back yard and sell it raising GDP... all the animals leave[die?] and the stream dries up with no consequence to that number.
