For all intents and purposes they have thrown in the towel. The halved the prices on their routers and have a plan to attempt commoditization through OIE. The strategy is simply to attempt to make Cisco's life difficult with as little effort as possible. It's a transparent strategy and enterprises see right through it. Yes, NT still sells into the enterprise but it is not a focus for the organization - call it a cash cow.... low funding, little marketing. OG
