I don't believe that the two are mutually exclusive. Shareholder value can be and should be enhanced by both the production of a technically superior battery as well as timely and informative press releases. Why pay FRB for services and expertise that are not being utilized?

Jeff, you talk like a man who has been holding his breath so long he is oxygen starved. FYI: Management can find itself in as much trouble for what it does not say, as what it says. If you think that Lev's first responsibility is to his customers you have no idea of the essential praxis that drives the market and the capitalist system. As for Lev's loyalties to his customers -- I can only hope he has more happy customers than he has stockholders.

Jeff, so true. This stock can tread water during a bull market, frustrate, agitate and annoy the traders; then, the price will explode upwards leaving those folks temporarily speechless. Not much will be heard until there is something else to complain about. With this kind of equity, 90% of the gains will occur in 10% of the time. It's not like a money market account with monthly interest. This "fisherman's rule" (10% catch 90%) applies especially here. Large short interest and cynical manipulation-- When the dam gives way, we'll be winners, IMO.
