MM, No announcement from QCOM or NOK yet? The initial fees (millions) is not the issue here. The issue at hand is what agreement was signed between Eastern Telcom and QCOM or NOK on theirs invented technology. Either NOK is that king without clothes on from its WCDMA technology or QCOM is. May be this news is just a FUD from China again. Like that China Unicom "no CDMA" deal that made Tero and DJ so excited the other day. Or was it me "like a boy did not get what he wants" for threatening "See NOK in court". Brian H.
