ot - talking about cnbc, is anyone else annoyed by the "microsoft clock" on the bottom right of the screen? i'm personally relieved that today is the day for the ruling and it is before the market closes - just get it over already. it's no secret what judge jackson is going to do - imo it's one of the most misguided decisions ever made by the us govt - but that's another story.

LOL. CNBS all over the Eastcom story. Unfortunately, it's the Eastcom deal with VRTL. Barely a mention of the QCOM news.
