Thanks for the info. Terri. Key points IMO:

>> Since we are in finance discussions the valuation of the company is a critical issue.<<

the higher the stock price > less stock PNLK will have to give the investing institution > the more control of the Co. they (PNLK) can keep.

>>an aggressive program will begin with Wall Street.<<
+
>>We need to have new power on our Board and in the exec offices at PNL. We are on top of that.<<

I would guess this will be someone with Wall Street horse-power...

...and so it goes...

Thanks Terri for passing along the words from Glenn regarding several of my concerns. Perhaps an International Board would address some of the cultural and political problems that exist. Can companies have board members from other countries? Glenn didn't say that is being considered--it just seems like a possible approach to me. Or, perhaps a second board-like committee with international representation...

Warren, thank you for your comments regarding Israel and Shira. That one just seems to be taking so long--the companies AND the technology (I think) are all there so what's the delay? Govmt. sluggishness, you say. Ok, sounds plausible.

Glenn clearly said they are waiting for the markets to catch up. But, as we know, PNLK doesn't sit still and they clearly aren't giving up. Let's hope that the company/companies they might be talking with will be equally committed to their success.

Ted

Thanks Terri,

This has always been my question: how do you increase the value of the company without consistent PR's that grab the attention of the market and potential investors, thus increasing awareness which could result in a higher valuation.
