ADAP/Teladyne....not sure of the cash transaction, but you have to look at it like ADAP has a large backlog of orders and this purchase helps to confirm their need to fill those orders....
I'm still waiting to hear about numerous other items from them (sale of other units, 100 Mbps expansion, telecom contract confirmations, better idea as to the extent of their backlog)....
This is not a stock to be without right now.

Also, don't forget about their cash infusion with the recent sale....that's some additional expansion leverage.
