A few days ago I was asked about the CFMT-MTSN connection and the whether Brad Mattson was still on the board of Directors of CFMT. I thought I went to the head of the snake by contacting the company and getting a definitive answer from them. I was told unequivocally that Brad was no longer on the CFMT board.

Then I came across the amended Form 10-Q/A filed with the SEC that said there was no change in the board.

Not that it has any bearing on anything these days, but I must apologize since I am no longer sure what the real story is. One would think when you call the company and get ahold of the right people and pose the question, you would get an accurate answer.

From being 100% sure Brad had resigned from the CFMT board, getting this response from as close to the head of the snake as you can get, I am no longer sure of anything I get from this company when I ask a direct question. This is a sorry state of affairs when you cannot rely on the corporate entity that is supposed to have this information and they are in error or blowing smoke up your nose, even after you ask them to verify the information.

Andrew

PS - Other than that, MTSN is looking very good these days and many of us expect good things down the road. But I for one, will not rely on certain departments at the company to validate that opinion<GGG>.

00q2 ** 50.8 19.2 64 82 these are my expectations.

My sequential revenue growth target was a little ambitious at 19% as the company did $50.1M and showed 17.8% seq. growth. The company exceeded my bookings and backlog figures by a nice margin and I find these factors very encouraging.

It won't surprise me to see the stock stagger for a while until the market gets a better understanding of the merger implications.

Very solid quarter.

JMO,
Michael
