Neil H - Do you have any insights as to the significance of this announcement or how much more business there is for Flag in that region? I see from your profile that you are in Saudi Arabia and perhaps that gives you a better perspective on things.

I spent a fair amount of time on the FLAG web site this morning and liked what I found. If you go to the Newsletters sections there is some good information on who is running this company. Check the appointments listed in Newsletter #6. Seems to me like they are building a very strong international team. Also seems to me that this is a long-term play that will take a few years to play out. Is anyone else adding to their positions at this level?
