NDT ACQUIRES NEW MINERAL CONCESSION IN PERU

Mr. Fred G. Hewett, President of NDT Ventures Ltd. (CDNX:NDE; OTCBB:NDTVF) reports that in late June, NDT Ventures Ltd. acquired by staking, two contiguous mineral concessions totaling 1,600 hectares in central Peru. The property, called Coshuros, is located approximately 90 kilometers east of the coastal city of Trujillo within the Department of La Libertad and approximately 10 kilometers southwest of the Tres Cruces gold-silver deposit.

The land position covers the core area of a large, high sulfidation alteration system hosted in Tertiary aged Calipuy volcanics of intermediate composition. The alteration system extends over an area of approximately nine square kilometers. The main area of interest is pervasively altered and dotted with small historic prospect pits and adits that explore silicified breccias and zones of quartz vein stockwork. The area is cut by near vertical high-level silver-gold bearing veins. Silver values range to over 650 g/tonne from both vein and wall rock. Gold values range up to 7 g/tonne from vein material and up to 1.9 g/tonne in argillized partly silicified wall rock. Large breccia bodies are exposed lower in the sequence and are clay altered and silicified with disseminated pyrite.

The company considers the property to have significant potential within the breccia and stockwork, which were only recently recognized and are currently the priority targets on the property. Within the next two weeks a detailed sampling program will begin to better evaluate these areas.

The identification and acquisition of the Cashuros concession was a product of NDT’s expanding network of industry contacts in Peru, with the objective of defining early stage mineral opportunities with clear economic potential. Efforts to identify and prioritize available mineral properties that meet NDT criteria have been increased with the recent addition of two Peruvian geologists.

Elsewhere in Peru, negotiations are nearing completion to acquire a significant mineral project from a private Peruvian company. Details will be released once the formal agreement is executed.

On Behalf of the Board,
NDT VENTURES LTD.

“Fred G. Hewett”
