Anyone going to short MSFT?

Actually I'm kicking myself for not picking up some calls.

Object lesson here. Just as we tend to get short rather than long when good news is anticipated ("buy the rumor, sell the news"), the inverse applies when the anticipated news is negative. And this safely qualifies as one of the most anticlimactic rulings in judicial history.

This is SO priced-in it's almost ridiculous.
