I hope I am correct as well. But I have watched this farce in minute detail from the beginning and it has been a farce especially the lack of fairness and the personal bias of Pin head Jackson. This was an event orchestrated by MSFT's competitors. They got an anti-business DOJ and an anti-MSFT judge who was hell bent on punishing MSFT for having bested him 2x before. I don't care if he was appointed by Attilla the Hun - he simply had a personal hate for MSFT and set off on what he saw as some Quixotic mission.

They are still insisting MSFT should repent from doing something which MSFT does not see as wrong. They are insisting that MSFT surrender its right of appeal. These guys are nuts. If they are supported by the Appellate Courts then we have judicial collapse in this country as far as anti-trust is concerned.

As far as the stock price is concerned it was up to as far as 72 in after hrs. after the decision was published.
