MSFT did NOT want to be broken-up...

I have been in data processing for over 40 years...

Believe me... It would be much better for EVERYONE if they stayed together... It's much easier to develop software when all of the major parts are working together and in a close relationship... Break that link and you just frustrate all concerned... Including us users.

I think they have a wonderful case for Appeal...

It would've much better to have just placed restrictions on how they marketed their products... the real problem would have been solved!

No... the Government has to do their best to kill'em.

Long live MSFT!

IMHO

Joe

PS: IMHO, the Gov has their head up their a$$.

except the government doesnt want any;; ownership to transfer, they would have to be completely separate, that would be the big difference vs hwp/a
