Well, that makes some sense. On the other hand, I grew up in a blue collar, lower white collar suburban neighborhood right outside of Washington, and most of the people there were from someplace else, or their grandparents were. We had people from Philadelphia, rural Virginia, West Virginia, and beyond, and there were some tensions, but we managed, the children played together, the adults made an effort to be neighborly.........
