<<Voilla, safe havens are found in currencies, bonds, or cash. Gold is a damaged market shot in the foot by the people most dependent on the price of gold, the producers.>>

Ken,

Things are changing! It ain't the way it has been. Where before this all started most of the gold producers were deeply hedged, now most are not. Where before most of the movement which could be expected was on the downside, now one can not be so sure there is not a massive possible upside!

Asia Precious Metals Review: Spot gold extends losses
Hong Kong--June 8--Spot gold extended its losses in Asia on Thursday after
falling in U.S. trading overnight, as Australian producers aggressively sold the
metal early in the trading day, dealers said. Activity in the gold market was
relatively strong, though trading of other precious metals remained sluggish,
they said. (Story .2200)
