That url opens okay for me?! Just tried it again. I don't think it needs a special application. It would take a while to download, being 611,000bytes, if your connection isn't fast. I don't think Jimbo Cobb cares that he's not allowed to post at the GGMDM. I don't think the intention of the S&P500 grumpiness over extraneous posts is to do with censoring thought so much as minimizing the time people need to spend to get to the guts of things. Hence, the availability of this venerable thread and the unused Polluter's Paradise 'Write What You Like' stream, where people are free to excrete, abuse, ask Who Irwin Jacobs is, blame him for the down in Q! stock price etc. Or, more hopefully, just have valid opinions, or even invalid ones, without feeling their IQ doesn't measure up, their comments are ignorant or their motives impure. I have noticed though, that sometimes there is a spot of hypocrisy there as 'members' use one-liners and junk posts if it suits themselves. It's not very convincing to have an anti-crime programme if the protectors have their hand in the till.
