The xenophobic argument that foreigners will now have an advantage assumes Microsoft is the ONLY source of innovation in the U.S., which seriously sells short the rest of the industry. And you certainly can't blame foreign companies already being ahead on the breakup, which hasn't yet happened.

Harm to consumers was an extremely important part
of the trial and security is just one prime example of
how consumers have been harmed and continue to be
harmed by M$FT.
