I was looking at my oven tonight. I put, you know, a fair amount of food in there. She does, anyway. I turn it on a lot of times. I just turned it on to 450 degrees.

I turn it to 425 sometimes.

But 450 is the top. And not very often reached.

What I was thinking, ~ what happens up there?

500?

550?

What gets cooked up there?

Does the oven melt?

What happens?

How come I don't know?

Who does?

Is it only like the speedometer in our Galaxie, that went to 120?

Or does some super cook roast papaya up there. Or some foods I never heard of.
