Hi,

I'm not Brit, but I see it running up as we approach the split...

John :-)

keeplookingup ...

Much of the price action of CARH in the last two months has been split-related. It ran up at the end of March because of a PR announcing there would be a vote to approve a 4-for-1 forward stock split. It peaked again on the day of the vote (June 1st). It should run up again as the date of the actual split approaches in late August.

There's a lot more going on with CARH than just a stock split. Master licenses for manufacturing of the Worldstar vehicle have been announced for Central and South America, Senegal, Gambia, Angola, the Philippines, and Pakistan, with more on the way. The big news will be a master license for China, which has been in negotiation for some time. The next quarterly earnings are due out in September, and should show a large increase in revenues. Look for the first Worldstar vehicles to roll off the assembly line this summer in Colombia and the Philippines.
