Usually, my experience has been that these phone calls show up on the caller ID as "UNAVAILABLE". And I usually ignore them. But this one actually showed the number (a New York number) and the company...Micromatix. I was also given three web sites that I could look up dealing with the company. I was also told that the company was doing around $100 million/year in sales. One thing that I found by checking the web sites that IMTL was not doing anywhere near $100 million per year. Although the company shows, IMO, that it had possibilities and the stock price appears undervalued, I haven't jumped in as yet because of the "false" information I was given about the sales figures. In addition, why buy restricted shares at 50 cents and hold them for as much as two years when you can buy unrestricted shares on the market for close to the same price??? I live and work near Baltimore and they do have a real building. Whether they do anything in there or not I don't know.?? In addition, I was also told that IMTL was hiring a publicity firm to increase the stock price and there were several dozen "market makers" in the stock. From what I've seen the last couple of months, they have all been silent. In February, I was told that they would have the price above $2.00 in 90 days and $6-8 in less than a year. The 90 days has come and gone and it still sits at 50 cents + or -. After three/four calls from Micromatix in February/March, I haven't received any others. But I'll keep reading everyones POSTs on RB because I think IMTL has some upside possibilities. Sorry for the long rambling post. Hang in there longs. Ed
