d-ram prices rose again over night in asia dlj out with a note on a d-ram update, basically deram -- d-ram prices rose 15 cents, most manufacturer looking for priceses to rise in the 8 to $9 range in the third quarter, this would be a major positive so dlj talking about d-ram manufacturers and the pricing continuing to move higher, looks like the d-ram sector has more room to run rick wittington, the semiconductor analyst at bank of securities, says the d-ram manufacturers scrambling to meet demand, basically the demand is so strong that the companies can t even meet the demand because oems coming in one month earlier than expected and looking for large upsides which my con have no longer completely fullful, micron and conduct a minor feeding frenzy over the last two business days the price gains of the last two weeks not fully absorbed by prices dancing up and look to rise between 7 and this is a big positive for stocks like micron technology among other d-ram companies and really the semiconductor capital equipment stocks may very well also see movement today d-ram priced continue moving higher in asia also
