Supercomm is just over. Merger has not yet concluded. So insiders don't have opportunity to sell their shares. Wait till NR's come out following Supercomm with usual BS "partnering" announcements with some big names - stock will then rise and then drop as insiders sell and price loses support. Seen it before. Difficult to justify that valuation even if the technology works as the tech is still in pilot essentially.
