"Avo Kanadjian says RDRAM price will possibly be cut into half within 3 months."
"Rambus is going to combine Taiwan's computer design, manufacture, DRAM packaging and testing companies to build a
complete Rambus support system. Rambus will build a business point in Taiwan by year end to reinforce the technical
support for Taiwan's semi-industry."
"NEC, Toshiba, Samsung, Hyundai and Infineon have ramped up RDRAM production. Micron will ramp up in 2nd half of
2000. Taiwan's Winbond and Powerchip will also ramp up soon."
"Timna's delay is due to MTH discrepancy. This is nothing to do with RDRAM, but will impact SDRAM . Intel's plan to
push RDRAM is continuing."
