I wasn't asking for watts, I merely misinterpreted what the release stated. I wasn't "trying" anything. But thanks for the help during this mutual assistance effort at attempting to understand my error, just the same. Does that make any sense? What did you think about my suggestion for supporting a single phone on a default during emergency only basis? Do you think we could muster up a couple of mils for local powering from a second strand that's specifically designed for carrying high energy optical?
