Lee, I'm not positive, but I think because they are regulated by the SEC, you can take your case to The Federal District Court in the State of Mas.

<<<AMeritrade>>> Last fall Schwab (who have cleaned up their act considerably since by the way) executed a trade that I had placed betw sessions but had cancelled on the web site and called before the open to confirm the cancellation. Everybody at Sch is called Kevin. It took them a week but they located the tape without the name and expunged the sale. So Ameritrade should be able to find the tape..is my point. Good luck though.

<<I can also post the entire scam on the internet...warning others of what happened to me...and letting others know what might happen to them. Is this advisable?>>

You just did.

BTW: The Red Sox seems to be doing better since they left Philadelphia.

Lee,find out from Ameritrade who is their preferred Option Market Maker for your stock. Then call the corresponding exchange and complain. There is such a thing as AUTOMATIC EXECUTION on Market orders on Options up to 20 calls or puts.

That should do the trick.

Good Luck,

manny T.
