Lee, I'm not positive, but I think because they are regulated by the SEC, you can take your case to The Federal District Court in the State of Mas.

Everybody at Sch is called Kevin. It took them a week but they located the tape without the name and expunged the sale. So Ameritrade should be able to find the tape..is my point. Good luck though.
