Well, Good morning Ztect ! Thank you for your input. As for the Options to pay new employee's, I would think they can't do anything with them for a period of time. I have no idea how long though. As per the barter: I agree: It does make for a better PR. "Creative accounting to make the PR look better IMO when announcing revenues." "Burn rate relative to many start-ups isn't bad, but web site development costs alone far excede real revenues. Marketing obviously is the biggest expense now. Hopefully this marketing will pay off, though so far it doesn't appear to be especially in lieu of the changes in philosophy regarding how revenues will be generate." I agree: I believe this is why they hired Fred, I believe he will generate more rev's through PNL-TV. "Now I haven't watched PNL-tv too closely. Don't have broad band so I find watching media on my PC kind of annoying. Keeps breaking up or losing content. So can't personallly assess whether this new means of generating revenue vai. commericials and infomercials will really mean anything. So far per the SEC filings, PNL-tv doesn't appear to be generating significant revenues despite the numerous PR's annoucing shows and features. In time, hopefully it will catch on....this will take a long run way." This is where broadband and DSL/ADSL come into play. More and more internet users are using these type of connections. I think PNL-TV is a head of the game and will make much more rev's for PNL with each passing Q. "PNL b-plan is very complex, trying to continually add the content sought out in the trade community to its "trade portal" ie. one stop shop." Yes it is very complex and I believe PNL is doing a great job so far. "The site is a great convenience, but changing the way people have always done business and attracting customers will take TIME and patience." I agree: Progress and change has always been hard for people to except, but in the end they will have to or be left in the dark age's and disappear. "This isn't a "rocket ship". Thus I don't know what "big" news is forthcoming, but I'd really not expect any rapid increases in the stock's price until the b-model can demonstrate that it can increase revenues let alone generate earnings especially since the latest tulip bulb craze subsided several months ago." The big news forthcoming: Cash infusion and value added partners. This IMO will take PNL to the next level and there for a higher stock price. It all depends on how much and who as per higher stock price. I believe we will hear something within the next week or so. "I still hold a small position, but I really don't see any "real" reasons or developments on the horizon that will make me want to purchase any more shares for the foreseable future." Well I'm happy to see you still own some. IMO It may be time to add some at these low price's before any big news hits the streets. I can't help but feel that the news we are looking forward to will be very interesting to say the least. With the contacts that PNL has, I feel that there will be some very big names involed soon. "Build it and they will come. Build it and they will come." That's right! "Well, they're building it quite nicely, getting to be quite a park. When and if "they" come (ie significant enough traffic and members to site to generate substantial revenues via membership and costs from ads), then "maybe" I'll get back in line for a ticket to the game. " Yes they have done a great job. I don't know if PNL charges for membership any more. I believe they are looking to PNL-TV to get the ball rolling as per rev's from add's and viewership.
