exactly ... it's just like the phone. what the diff? I've used the internet for lots of personal stuff at work --just like calling my wife to see if I should pick up anything on the way home -- or making a dentist apptmt -- reserving a hotel -- whatever on the phone. Company where I work pays me to do just that: work. If I need to do something during work hours, I do it and get back to work. I guess they expect me to have the common sense to know the difference between working and goofing off ...
