What is significant in the strength of the larger jackups is that this will pull those rigs back to operating at, or closer to, their maximum capacity and therefore tighten up the market for smaller jackup too. Example: A 300-ft. rig may be working in 100 feet of water which knocks out a job for a 100 ft rig. Once that 300 footer 'goes home' to its deeper water, the smaller rig then can get the work, etc. etc. Folks, this market is fixin' to blast off. Will the stocks follow...you betcha. Will PKD be 'rediscovered'? You betcha. Can you throw a dart? Yep. big
