[Eckert's] decision to shield the directors and other senior management from involvement in the meeting LOL, that was probably one of the conditions of his employment. I'm surprised that the power hitter shareholders didn't give the whole lot of them the boot. Each of the 10 nominated directors was elected as a member of the board of directors by the necessary plurality. I wonder what it would take, bankruptcy? Thanks for your take on the meeting, Chris. JF
