Well, here we are... HRCT's stock price has gone up 100% in the past week, they have announced a J/V with China Telecom, SinoBull is gaining new clients as fast as they can sign them up, HRCT is about to announce the acquisition of a major Chinese ISP and a deal with Yahoo China is in the works. Pretty good for a scam company. The news next week should pretty much bury the naysayers if the news of finalized deals from this week hasn't already done it. The bashers were wrong on this one. Maybe HRCT could send them all a pen as a consolation prize.
