CHICAGO, June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Playboy Enterprises, Inc.

strategic fit between the two businesses."
According to the terms outlined in the letter of intent, Soundies, Inc.

Collectors' Choice Music, will join Soundies, Inc. following the acquisition.
"This acquisition represents a milestone in our company's progress," said
Parks. "The synergies between our businesses are substantial, and we look
forward to working with Gordon Anderson in continuing to build the
Soundies/Collectors' Choice Music franchise."
The deal is expected to close this summer.

It's a little bit sad, a lotta bit funny. Sad that even with goofy PR ZSUN just hasn't been able to participate in the summer rally. Funny that VKlepa, the only person on the RB board(now that Francois is toast) with enough sack to be willing to stand up for ZSUN and swear out an affidavit on there behalf in court, is now being attacked on RB by all the cowardly touts, for doing nothing more than questioning the significance of these latest pipsqueek size acquisitions, and questioning the way ZSUN managment conducts itself.

I told the silly touts months ago, they should go read some other boards of real companies and see that healthy debate isn't just tolerated, but actually encouraged. Real longs discuss things back and forth objectively. Silly scummy lil touts verbally wank each other off everytime the company does something, anything. They give themselves away time and again as non real investors.
