I agree. However, it's important for each and every high-tech company to be a good corporate citizen, while they attempt to gain marketshare. As a shareholder of ANY company, there just can't be a better situation than having a monopoly position in a thriving market. No doubt about it. However, it tends to hurt the industry as a whole when that position has been attained by someone, then abused. There's no guarantee that just because CSCO has gained a large share of the datacomm market, that they will abuse their position.
