I don't think ITXC is in the same market. In fact, ITXC may well be the carrier that Global uses for some of its service. ITXC appears to be mostly in the business of providing bandwidth to other VoIP providers, unless I misunderstood that news release completely. Kind of like the UUNet of VoIP.

As far as the other thing about Intel, no I hadn't heard about it. It's verrrrryyyyy interesting.
