Aside from the merits of this decision, Do you have any idea how this provision is likely to affect what the shareholders wind up with at the end (assuming the end is as the judge orders)?

To All: Can you believe it? Pinhead Jackson is giving public interviews while the case is still before him. This guy is a loose cannon. Yes the case is still before him until he turns down MSFT's request for a stay and he is appearing on public TV commenting on the case. The guy ought to be thrown off the bench! He is even inviting the media into his chambers while -yes- still presiding in this matter. I guess he is looking for political and popular support for his misguided conclusions, decision and egregious remedies. JFD
