Tejek and all. I personally will not mind anyone commenting on my trades. If I follow their ideas it is my discision and I will be the only person responsible for any gains or losses on the trades. I value the information and feedback I get from the people on this discussion area.

Tim,

I think the info or comments should be offered when asked...like you are doing above. I think that I have made comments when not asked and I don't think that may be appropriate.

As for the stock's price in July, I really haven't tried to figure that one out....if it gets above the current trading range of $84 to $93, adding 20 pts is possible. I don't think there will be that kind of movement until after the fed meeting on the 27th.

However my concern is that the lower consensus estimate for 2001 is having an impact. I have seen this before when consensus estimates get lowered and the stock's movement stops like it hit a brick wall. Normally I check consensus estimates for my holding stocks every two weeks but with AMD I had gotten lazy...since estimates kept going up consistently. So I was pretty blown away when I saw the change this AM.

Tim this was a very excellent post. Every person here is ultimately responsible for their own trades. If one is influenced by someone else, they must remember it is their money at stake and not the other guy's with the opinion. I also read other's ideas here, but ultimately it is my money at stake and my responsibility when I make the trade. This forum has honed my trading skills immensely, and I would like to thank the thread collectively for whatever ideas they put out there.

Regards
Ed P.
