I find strong parallels to the NRA and supporters views that guns should be virtually unrestricted to the recent Microsoft insistance that it's just a regular company that never did no-one no harm. A kind of put you fingers in your ears and humm "I can't hear you" attitude. Ultimately there will be a lot more people killed by guns stories than there will be people saved by guns stories and in the face of intransegence more drastic measures than are strictly necessary will ultimately be imposed.
