The news posted by Jochen and the Telewest - UPC deal are very big. Of course, this was ignored. Not that they are completely new items, but they do represent significant progress. You can see Bell slowly being turned away from the failed Excite strategy by the powers that be. Going foreign with resources isn't a "content" stratagem. Att is doing a terrific job of manipulating everyone including Bell, but mostly they are hell-bent to make their baby go. The franchise rides on them dice.

The stock should run up to at least 27 and then hit the skids again, all part of its base building. It can't go materially much higher than the low 30s until there is decisive earnings visibility. It can go to 48 on a fling without much problem, but if it did, it will have to come back down to the low 30s until material progress on earnings occurs. My guess is that it won't make that trip. A move into the low 30s is still problematic and it is still at least six months away. More likely is a run to the upper 20s and a pullback in August or September. Bottom line for you is there's nothing to do.
