As long as we are thinking about "harm to the consumer"....If a volume purchase by the
Government, or any other customer for that matter, is considerably LESS than the
average consumer has to pay....Is that harm to the consumer?

Since the "consumer" and taxpayer are absorbing the cost difference of whatever
product the Government buys, is that "harm to the consumer"....

Should there be a repricing of all products the government uses, so as to not "harm the
consumer"....

What a bunch of very expensive baloney this so called case is......to each taxpaying
consumer!!! IMO
