Dear Microsoft Legal, here is an advice for you:

This time around put one or two consumers as witnesses in front of an appellate judge. Competitors can say anything they want (it is self-serving). But when consumers testify that Microsoft helped them, the case will be washed by the higher court.

Thanks, I hadn't realized that Cringely had put it into book form as well. I saw his geek series on PBS and it was quite informative. I can only imagine that the book would offer far greater insights. :))
