815E supports Pentium III. Probably most 815E motherboards will support the FC-PGA form of Pentium III (a.k.a. Socketmine). I forgot whether 815E also supports Celeron or not, though Intel's positioning is to continue the 810 chipset for Celeron. And yes, the PC133 SDRAM support is native. No need for that MTH thingy.
