market value depends on state of B2B when hyperchannel goes public...we already completely blew our timing on IPOing this one as the mania has passed for B2B...

which begs the point...NOAM...don't blow your timing on jolt, luminent and zaffire...a lot of other bullshit companies are not waiting to get every detail perfect and they are still having amazing ipo launches...

yes, steve...it IS a little confusing... after talking to iTouch, yesterday, i verified THEY are selling the Red-C product. iTouch is the combination of Nbase and the new Swiss CES acquisition. important acquisition, b/c they were using CES code for the Red-C product. now, instead of possibly being held hostage by the code, they own it.
