You own a house at 23? All of a sudden I feel like a failure. Good for you though. If I added all the rent I paid from 23 to 30 ... uggh.

But thanks for that bit of info. We're going in for pre-approval in the next few months. I'll make sure we don't do anything that would mandate a credit check. Good advice. What about those eloans, where banks compete for your loan? That could be disastrous if multiple banks did multiple checks!
