Feasibility is not yet established, nor is the required money available yet.

BTW I doubt if any of your money went to the company at any time, unless you took down a PP. Most of us just gave money to other people who had got tired of waiting, or become as disenchanted as you seem to be. that's what a market is, a place where people buy and sell common stock from and to each other.
