I believe IJ and QCOM and I beieve their patents cover anything China would do with CDMA. However, that won't stop China form taking the position that they have developed it independently and year of litigation will ensue. I suspect many cases will go before the World Court when it comes to China. The China Unicom deal was just the first show of their character and honesty. The Senate vote was getting a little rougher. Thye China Unicom deal was a major concession China gave the US and then they cancelled it right after the House vote. This seems errily similar with the Senate vote coming up. The US is such a patsy when it comes to dealing with trade relations.

In the meantime, I hope I am wrong. I have a shitload of QCOM. Never sold any of it on the way down. I'd be happen if QCOM ended the year where it began the year.
