Haim, I own a place in Boston that has done the same. My place on Nantucket has done the same...houses down the street from me have not. There are actual statistics kept on average home sales and prices. Those numbers would probably give us a better macro vision. A part of this is likely the increased number of multi-dwelling owners and new home buyers that again have benefited from the wealth generated by the market. Supply and demand.... tp
