there are legions of folks who seem attracted to pg at these prices. and they say THAT is a value stock to balance against their core holdings of intc and csco.

Spek, When you're right you're right. Colgate is picking up toothpaste share with their high tech "Total" brand and by co-opting dentists, long a Crest bailiwick. But 37 times eps? No way. Besides, I get my Total toothpaste free at Walgreen's this month, so they can't make a lot of money on that deal. <g>
